Even though I know I shouldn't...
...I weighed myself this morning. 232.4! Woohoo! 2.6 pounds down, probably water weight this early, but it's still nice to see a difference in the scale so early on. I can't wait to be under 230. I can't wait to be under 200.
I don't really know what to say about me...the only blog I have right now is devoted to losing weight, so that's probably the side of me you'll see most. I've been dieting for literally decades, and I've given up looking for that magic diet/pill/whatever and decided to just try and be more normal with my eating habits and drag my butt to the gym every once in a while. Maybe after enough trying the good habits will stick and the bad ones will get pushed off the edge of a tall cliff.
